secondly,itiswell-knowntousthattherehasbeenmuchpesticidesprayedontothecrops,whichisdoingalotofharmtoourhealth.Instead,ifwebegintogrowtheGMcrops,thepesticidewehavetohavewouldbedown,evenoff.Now,pleasepermitmetostatemylastopinion.BygrowingtheGMfood,wecanalsocutdowntheproductioncost,andlowerthesellingpriceofthefood.
But,somedisadvantagesofgeneticallymodifiedfoodcan’tbeignored.GMplantsarenotnatural.Nooneknowshowgoodorbadtheyare.MakingGMfoodsisonlyonewayoffeedingpeoplein2050.Therearestrongfeelingsagainstthem,becausetheyareunnatural.Theymayfeedpeople,thenhurtthemortheirchildrenlater.
Therefore,wehadbetternoteatGMfoodsifwecanchoosenaturalfood.Whenweneedproducemorefoodtoeat,wecanchoosechangetheDNAofthefood.
