patent.Thetestingstage,theprototypestageandtheindustrializationphasewillbepresented.Themainresultsoftheprojectweretotalandrapid
on-linethermoregulationofthemouldoverthecycletimeandoverallinfluenceonqualityofplasticproductwithemphasisondeformation
control.
Presentedapplicationcanpresentamilestoneinthefieldofmouldtemperatureandproductqualitycontrolduringtheinjectionmouldingprocess.

1.Introduction,definitionofproblem
Developmentoftechnologyofcoolingmouldsviathermo-
electrical(TEM)meansderivesoutoftheindustrialpraxisand
problems,i.e.atdesign,toolmakingandexploitationoftools.
Currentcoolingtechnologieshavetechnologicallimitations.
Theirlimitationscanbelocatedandpredictedinadvancewith
finiteelementanalyses(FEA)simulationpackagesbutnotcom-
pletelyavoided.Resultsofadiversestateoftheartanalyses
revealedthatallexistingcoolingsystemsdonotprovidecon-
trollableheattransfercapabilitiesadequatetofitintodemand-
ingtechnologicalwindowsofcurrentpolymerprocessing
technologies.
Polymerprocessingisnowadayslimited(intermofshort-
eningtheproductioncycletimeandwithinthatreducingcosts)
onlywithheatcapacitymanipulationcapabilities.O
